Creating a Jira or Zendesk ticket
To create a Jira ticket from a particular conversation from within Veamly, click on the send to button.
In
the pop up, you can choose Zendesk or Jira. When you click, the
conversation details will automatically be pre-populated in the
description field. You can add your issue type and select the project you want to send the ticket to.
Then click Create.
Congratulations ?, your Jira ticket has been created successfully.
