We rely on a variety of collaboration tools including Confluence for internal documentation and trello for basic workflows. For advanced workflows we rely on Veamly as we integrated most of our tools there.
We start by introducing them to our culture and policy while gradually introducing to the team. The latter happens simultaneously as we expose them to our different workflows and processes.
Regardless of the position, our ultimate goal is to turn them fully operational as soon as possible. we created (and keep on improving ) an immersive digital onboarding process. Its key ingredients are Clear workflow kanban driven, heavy interaction with the team, guided information starting with vision and culture, and dosed information load.
The onboarding process usually takes a couple of weeks. Then we move forward from there.
